Tattoo Appy may allow users to post, upload, or share content such as images, text, and other materials ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Tattoo Appy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

You are solely responsible for the User Content you submit. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you post and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that we find objectionable, at our sole discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Tattoo Appy — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — are the exclusive property of Tattoo Appy and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10. Account Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated data, please send a deletion request to:

Include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line. Your account will be permanently deleted within 30 days of verification.

We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
